The property is great as you would imagine for Hyatt but what makes it amazing is the staff. We were here earlier in the year and came back for one reason - Mathan - he was amazing and made our stay and has been the same also this time. Nothing is too much trouble for him and it has made our time in Chennai perfect both visits. All of the staff are great with everyone friendly and helpful which is why we chose to come here again when there are so many choices in Chennai

The staffs were very courteous. I would highly recommend Nature view resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The combination of excellent amenities, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere makes it an ideal destination for both short breaks and longer stays.
