The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

With an elegant décor, all rooms at the Ceselle feature air conditioning and a large bathroom with a luxury set of toiletries. Very comfortable room, nice staff, beautiful garden, good breakfast. The front desk is very nice and professional and very patient, she told us how to take bus to visit Grotta, the hotel is very close to bus stop, we take bus to Grotta early therefore aviod the crowd.

Located in the heart of Anacapri, only a few steps from the main square and the striking church of Santa Sofia, Il Giardino dell’Arte offers air-conditioned rooms, a large garden and a terrace. Wi-Fi throughout is free. The service and attention from the staff were excellent — they picked us up when we arrived and took us back when we left. Pleasant atmosphere, spacious yard, and a good breakfast. Recommend!
