The apartment was really clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need. There are shops and restaurants in a short walking distance, the beach is a simple walk down some steps. Marta was an amazing host who helped with getting around and recommended some brilliant restaurants. It’s easy to reach the resort using the islands buses. We loved this place and hope to return soon.

Carlo went above and beyond in every possible way. He even crossed over from Naples just to welcome us personally, give us a full tour of the villa, and make sure we felt completely at ease. He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. Breakfasts (and other meals) are in a beautiful open air covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and palm trees. Recommend the mezza pensione/half board in which dinner is included. The dinners include several antipasti/appetizers, a primo/pasta, a secondo/meat which was usually fresh local fish, dessert, and wine made by the owners. Very good value for the money and everything was freshly made at the moment! A bonus: the best beach on Ischia, San Francesco, is an easy 10-minute walk from the residence. Will definitely return! The staff is like family!

The location was absolutely dreamy and beautiful – just like in the photos, or even better. The host was incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel truly welcome from the start. All the staff were fantastic – always friendly and helpful. They even arranged a smooth transfer for us from the accommodation to the port when needed, which made our stay very confortable. A very beautiful place where I would love to come back.

The hotel is located close to the beach but it is a little far from the Ischia Port so a bus needs to be taken to reach. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and had everything listed.
