Also we had a major issue with an ant infestation around some leftovers, and they were able to react quickly and get the whole issue under control. They had the cleaning crew over and they took care of it to our satisfaction.

She helped me manage my luggage and gave me a free lift to the cruise port. My departure was delayed until mid afternoon and she allowed me to stay to my mid afternoon departure. This hotel/b&b is a gem!

Also, Nettuno is a picturesque town on the Tyrrhenian Sea – not very well known, but with a peaceful, typically Italian atmosphere, beautiful and clean beaches, medieval buildings, and old churches. We will definitely return to Nettuno, and of course, to Favola Guesthouse Affittacamere.

Francesco and Alessandro made sure everything was perfect and even gave us a complimentary upgrade. Every morning we enjoyed fresh croissants and a light breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. The villa is elegant, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. It’s quiet and relaxing, perfect escape from the city. We also loved spending time with Spartaco, the sweetest dog! The hosts kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, which made our trip much easier. The beach is a bit far from the villa, but you can ask the hosts to arrange a ride. We loved everything, thank you!

This apartment was absolutely fantastic. It's a smaller apartment with 2 bedrooms, a very nice balcony, strong ac, and in a great location, supermarkets and a few restaurants within 5 minutes walking, as is the metro which takes you straight to Rome or to a station about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The apartment was super well stocked, had everything we needed for a 10 day stay. We spent time here as an emergency, my husband ended up in the hospital, and the owner was an absolute lifesaver. He gave us a ride from the hospital to the apartment, took us to the airport to pick up our bags, took us back to the hospital to visit and brought us back to the apartment. He brought all of our bags upstairs, and was so so pleasant to talk with and to be around. He was super responsive to any requests, and even took us to the airport after our stay. If you're looking for a cheap, wonderful apartment run by a truly good person, this is your place.

We got the train from Rome and the apartment is so well situated near the station.
