The spa was fantastic, beds were super comfortable and the host was helpful finding us what we needed nearby and accommodating our requests! Breakfast was delicious as well with lots of local specialties!

Very welcoming host who truly cares about her guests and the apartment. We received a great introduction upon arrival to all the opportunities and activities in the area. The beach is right in front of the house, with restaurants and grocery stores very close by. The apartment is modern, spacious, and beautifully designed, featuring two terraces. Parking is available directly on the property. Located in a quieter part of the city, it’s one of the best holiday spots we have ever visited. Highly recommended!

MARCONI 1935 asub Follonicas, 500 meetri kaugusel Follonica rannast. Kohapeal on saun, mullivann ja konditsioneeriga majutusruumid. Sellel hommikusöögiga majutusasutusel on ka katusebassein. We stopped for a night on a cycling tour. Online check-in for old folks is a pain but to be fair, even doing it on the same day as we did it worked well. We had secure outdoor parking for our bikes, a super clean room with (gold star!) a heated towel rail to dry our cycling gear. And breakfast was superb! 10/10 supported by the two ladies who were on hand to make sure everything was ok. No shortage of restaurants and bars near by. Very happy to recommend this place.

Domus Socolatae Residenza d'Epoca Charming B&B - Adults Only asub Follonica kesklinnas, 500 m kaugusel liivarannast. Everything ! The rooms were beautiful with beautiful paintings and everything was antique. The bed was super comfortable and I just loved the bathroom. Huge bathtub and a very high tech shower that actually turns into a steam room! This stay was the best part of our trip. The breakfast was amazing and even the dishes were so nice. Max was really nice and let us hang out in the dining room area until are train ride after check out. Definitely will be staying here again, can’t wait !

The accomodation was stunning , the staff were absolutely extraordinary with their warmth and care, attention to detail , the chef and owners were lovely people I would recommend this property to everyone we will be back
