We were delighted to find our room so clean and well decorated. Antoinette had made towel swans and even a towel frog for our kids. She had filled the jacuzzi with rose petals in the shape of a heart and balloons. It was such a great welcome to a beautiful house with a beautiful host. She was always available to help and give advice. She walked with us and showed us all the shops, she even drove us to the beach and helped us with our laundry.

The People of Jamaica are SO warm, welcoming, and loving. They truly epitomize ONE LOVE and I am grateful. I'm still glowing from the care and hospitality I was fortunate enough to experience, as well as from my island tan. The food at Hotel Reggae was the best! I'm so in love with the sawfish and/or veggie fritters, Best on the island! It's best not to believe what is said about Jamaica, experiencing Jamaica for yourself is better, for sure! Like I said to one Jamaica mon, "if they lie about Indigenous people, you know they're going to lie about your people". Go feel the LOVE for yourself, believe me! A huge Canadian THANK YOU to the hard working staff at the Riu Reggae! Can't wait to come back!

I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.

From the moment of arriving, all staff including security was very helpful and pleasant. The room was not large, but big enough for comfort. The rooms and hotel were very clean. The bar and restaurant service were impeccable. The food menu is reasonably priced. The food was good. The ocean views were breathe taking. They have a complimentary buffet breakfast, as well.
