Hurricane Melissa devastated the island and they still did not have electricity but they did have a generator which provided lights and a fan. I will definitely stay at this location again.

I liked that the front of house staff were so polite and willing to accommodate me. Kimesha and Vickie at the front ask were amazing. I can’t fault our interactions and how helpful they were. I liked that I had good access to the beach and to the pool. There was a good range of options regarding food which was nice.

The staff were friendly, helpful & wecoming! There was a leak in the bathroom that was dealt with quickly, and there was an offer of another room if it couldn't be fixed! The manager Carlos (11/10) went above and beyond to help me solve a situation that could have been a disaster. I'm very thankful!
