The staff is friendly and willing to help, the place is clean, the hotel looks stunning, the food at Tamara's restaurant was enjoyable, and the breakfast was also very rich.

Located on the highest hill of Amman, Four Seasons Hotel Amman boasts luxurious accommodation with panoramic views of the city. It offers indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, a spa, and a squash court. The hotel is one of the best in Amman. The staff, from the door to the reception, are exceptional. The check-in process was incredible, and the receptionist was very well-trained; he even offered me coffee while I waited for the room to be ready. The hotel’s lobby and coffee service were very welcoming. The restaurant is another key to their success, offering a variety of delicious food. The waiters are friendly, and the hotel’s manager is very active, always providing service with a smile and joy. I regret not taking their names. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amman you will never regret the money spent. I will always choose to stay here.

Hotel InterContinental oferuje nowoczesne udogodnienia i urządzony został w lokalnym stylu. Obiekt ten usytuowany jest w dyplomatycznej dzielnicy Ammanu. Quiet, clean, stylish, comfortable room. Breakfast was good, staff was wonderfully helpful. I enjoyed tour services with a very friendly driver on site. Rental car also within the building of hotel. Everything was effortless.

This hotel is located in Shmeisani, Amman’s central business district. It features a 24-hour gym, a spa and 7 restaurants & bars. So, hotel is newly renovated and rooms are nice and modern. Yet, there is still much more opportunity to grow. I am giving a 10/10 rating because of the excellent handling of my feedback by the assistant manager Mr Layth.
