Mi sono sentito come a casa, okasan è stata un host eccezionale. La stanza era in tatami e ho dormito sul futon comodissimo. Ho trovato acqua calda thè biancheria pulita ogni giorno tv frigo e aria condizionata. Non manca neanche il biscotto di benvenuto. L'ofuro anche è calmo e comodo. Tutto perfetto. Se dovessi tornare ad Aomori certamente vorrò tornare qui.

The hotel is very thoughtful on small details. Kid loved the play room a tons. We were there on off season, the atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

The onsen is really good. The views are nice from the room, and they gave us a 2000 yens voucher (we didn't have breakfast included) which we used for the shop. When they came to install the futons, it wasn't the right time for us, so I asked them to not do it now. When it was the right time, I went to reception to ask for it, I think the women who normally do it had finished their shift but two men from the reception came to the room and installed the 4 futons (you had to add the sheets.on the pillows and the blankets too). I didn't realise this wasn't their job until it was too late but I was very thankful they did it especially as the room was small for 4 futons and the tables and it required some tetris skills.
