Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

Location is in the quiet area with stunning view of the mountains. The fall foliage around the area is so beautiful.

The place was all class. The architectural beauty was unmatched by any hotel I stayed at in Japan. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not always get it right but by golly, they got everything right all in all. The food was exemplary and the onsen was good. I plan to go back.

They go high and low for you without asking. It felt warm and welcome, and nothing was too much. We stayed in the new cabins, which had everything we needed. It was new, clean, luxurious, and had the best hosts. They made great breakfasts early in the morning. I would recommend the cabin to anyone out there! The best place in Japan.

The homemade breakfast was really good!
