We liked so many things about this place: The room was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful view of Mt Yotei. Hotel has a public onsen which was never occupied when we went there. The breakfast was top notch: i don’t understand people complaining about the food not being appropriate for western people. You are visiting another country, why would you want to eat the very same food you eat at home? It was beautifully composed and nearly all of it was also really delicious. There is a free shuttle to the slopes and back to the hotel.

They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day!
