The pics don’t do this justice. It’s such a beautiful hotel with gorgeous features you only notice whilst here. The sky walk was a nice touch and great for pics. All staff were amazing, Don in the gym in particular was very helpful. I’m sure the staff do so much more and are so incredibly friendly l’m not sure if this is a normal hotel! I spent time at the spa as well and had a lovely treatment that was incredibly relaxing my therapist was professional and courteous. The cocktails were top notch and all the restaurants world class, I can’t wait to come back!

Spacious rooms and had all amenities. What we enjoyed the most was the music in the lounge, the lunch in the gardens, the conversations with Dan the manager, the homely feel encouraged socialising with other guests. Amazing local culture. Jane, Asanet,Grace were excellent at their care. Definitely a place to stay at again!

Gideon helped us with a ring light because my girlfriend said the lighting in our unit was too dim for her to create content for her TikTok channel, and for the price, the service was top notch, including room service, laundry, daily room cleaning. Because this booking.com stay was too new to get a review when I booked it, there was one minus, the listing of a mosquito net in the room, where there was none, but once I pointed out the mosquitoes, Gideon responded with daily mosquito repellant spray to ward off the pests. We also arrived on the property at past midnight, and around 1am, Gideon and his boss got us food delivered to our door, which I really appreciate.

I recently stayed at Sandeep's shared apartment,he was very accommodative and shared tips on how things to do while around and I have to say, it was an exceptional experience. The apartment was extremely clean and had everything one could need. The convenience of its location at Supreme Westlands made it even better, as it is surrounded by various huge malls in Kenya, such as Westgate and Sarit Centre. This made shopping and dining out incredibly easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay

Thank you, Daniel, for being a great host and arranging transport for us. It saved us a lot of time at the airport, especially arriving at midnight. The house is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near the airport. We also felt safe in the neighborhood.
