The hotel is clean and very nice and comfortable.i love that they have a sky bar at the top.. was nice to sit there at night while having a view of the city..the staff was very nice..Vichara and Lisa were very helpful in helping me check in and check out.. would love to come and stay at this hotel again!

From the very first moment we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality that made us feel instantly at home. The rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day exploring the city. We were treated to a delicious breakfast each morning, with plenty of options to satisfy all members of the family. What really made this place stand out was the charming restaurant on site. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making every meal a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the location of the accommodation was ideal - conveniently close to the city centre, giving us easy access to all of Siem Reap's main attractions and some of its hidden gems. Overall, our stay was exceptional. The combination of a delicious breakfast, clean rooms, a cosy restaurant and an excellent location made our family trip a memorable one. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and friendly accommodation in Siem Reap. Special thanks to the staff including Ms Jane, Mr Kim and Mr Ly.

The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and room service was excellent – pizza, fries, and more. Each room had a water dispenser with hot, cold, and room-temperature water – very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, cutlery, plates, and everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! The gym was top-notch – fully equipped and impressive. And the bio pools were stunning, surrounded by nature and even included a fun water slide. The hotel is beautifully designed in a White Lotus-inspired style, with greenery all around. Probably the best hotel in all of Cambodia – highly recommended!

The rooms were just as in the pictures, very big, comfortable and clean. But the best part was indeed the staff of the hotel, specially the owner. She was extremely kind, helped us with everything, laundry, renting a motorbike, etc.. She allowed us to use the installations after our check out, even gave us access to a room to get change before departing, offered us coffee and explained useful info about transportation. Loved staying in The Palmery and would 100% would come back. Location is not in the city center but very close, which gives a plus of tranquility and it is worth it.

Spa also excellent service, I would like to recommend Aromatherapy massage, nice breakfast set as A' la carte menu, room decoration also superb and clean enough.

Memoire Palace Resort & Spa offers guests relaxing accommodation in Siem Reap with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the garden. This hotel is one of the best we have experienced in Asia. The room facilities and services were the best of all the hotels we have visited in our life. The staff is incredibly trained, Salin and Hak are the best. The ladies gave us a fantastic massage, we recommend it. Breakfast tables, lunches and dinners were royal and at a high level. You are TOP and hopefully we will come back one day.
