Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur offers accommodation in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers. Building was immaculate. All staff super friendly. The door staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely. Overall relaxed vacation

Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur is a luxurious urban resort located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur and enjoys an unrivalled location next to the iconic Petronas Twin Towers, KL Convention Centre, and... Situated next to KLCC Suria mall, this hotel is in a perfect location for the twin towers, high end shopping, some very fancy bars. They provide an excellent breakfast with a huge variety of local and western options - the Roti station was a highlight! The staff were all great, especially the staff at the main door, very friendly and would go above and beyond in remembering names and when giving directions to places they would walk you out and ensure you started off in the best way possible. The pool is beautiful.

The room was in excellent condition, and the view was beautiful, making our time even more enjoyable. Overall, the environment was both comfortable and welcoming. Whenever we return to Kuala Lumpur, we would be very happy to stay here again. Many thanks for providing us with such a nice stay.
