And one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve ever had. Helpful staff…. Even offered me a ride when they passed me walking back to the hotel along the road!

The mattress is foam and a bit stiff but comfortable. All the windows including the glass door have a blackout roller shade so you can sleep in. There's a double bed for adults and two bunk beds. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, a tiny sink and an incinerator toilet which is very interesting. I think they're planning on changing to a more traditional flush toilet. It's quiet and comfortable. The view is very nice, and the walk around the peninsula is outstanding. Relaxing. Excellent host, very friendly.

But most important - lovely host Ole, who made us feel really welcomed and organized atmospheric candlelight dinner experience in their “viking” house. To conclude, it’s definitely the best hotel in the area

She gave us great tips on where to shop and what to see, and was always available to answer questions about the house and the surrounding area. Villa Freya is an exeptional holiday home with really everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed there with our children and their partners and felt right at home immediately. The people here were very friendly and they were awesome ! I had a wonderful time here, it was confy, it was fun and a good warm feeling as if you were home. The owners provided with lots of information of the area and ofcourse a lot of entertainment. If I could give an higher rating than 10, I would have given an 11 !!
