A large house: upstairs the hosts' home, downstairs the B n B. A large, very nicely appointed lounge/dining room. Very comfortable chairs and sofas. A small neat kitchen area, well equipped. Self catering easily done. A healthy breakfast supplied. Three bedrooms. Mine was the smallest but quite adequate and comfortable. Shared bathroom was well appointed. Other guests were v pleasant. Helpful, welcoming hosts. Wifi worked well. Private on site parking.

The house it self and the view. Hospitality and kindness of the hosts. You can watch the sunset from your room. We could keep our bag in one room and stay in the other room. We had the whole foor to our selfs. I spent my birthday here and Sigfried and Carmel were so nice and gave me a birthday card and Sigrfried even played happy birthday on a saxafone for me! I would always stay here if i were in Thames again :)

Warren and Carol greeted us warmly upon our arrival, delivered delicious breakfasts each morning, restocked our supplied throughout the stay, and provided excellent recommendations. We loved the fact it was self-contained with a comfortable bed with own access through patio doors. A huge bathroom with 2 showers and a small kitchenette to make your own breakfast that was provided by the hosts. Fruit, yoghurt, milk, cereal, bread for toast, jam and butter.

The location of the property was perfect for walking into Whitianga. Parking outside the unit was super convenient. Check-in instructions were clear. The room was well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. Having a full kitchen was a bonus, as well as a washing machine close by. The pool area is lovely.
