The hotel is in a very good location! The staff was extremely kind and helpful!! The housekeeping Lady was very lovely!! The room perfect even with the funny bathroom setup.. Clean and comfortable! They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, especially at Christmas. The hotel is positioned by a small lake lovely for walks or a morning run. Plenty of nearby restaurants but quiet surroundings. The rooms were comfortable clean and well equipped. Easy free parking right outside. We used the restaurant for breakfast and for evening drinks and were pleased with quality and value.

Arista of Rotorua studios are 20 minutes’ walk from the famous Polynesian Spa. The property features a BBQ area and a pirate ship children’s playground set in lovely gardens. Great location, great room setup.

Avalon, in a tranquil garden setting, offers self-catering cottages with free Wi-Fi and balconies overlooking the valley and the Puketotora River. Really relaxing stay and the accommodation was clean and spotless

The manager was super friendly and helpful with recommendations about attractions and places to eat nearby. We would definitely stay longer and come back again.

Also extremely versed in history so he taught us some great things to take with us as we continue to travel NZ. Definitely reccomend this wonderful accommodation :)

I had a perfect time at this small but awesome studio. All these little details in the studio made my stay even more perfect. The host was also really lovely and welcoming. I definitely want to return to this amazing place.
