Location of the Hotel as well as the accommodation is really like it says in the guide. We didn't reserve the rooms with the sea view, but we actually had it (partly). The hotel is literally on the "foam of the sea" as we would say in Montenegro, and in front of it is long "lungomare". Almost all important sites for visiting, like the Clock tower, Smyrna Agora Ancient City, Kermeralti bazar, mosques, synagogues, churches ... are not far away and possibly reach by walk .
