I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional – a special thank you to Serdar, Arman, and Farshid for always being so professional, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel genuinely welcome. Also, a big shoutout to the lovely ladies at breakfast; always smiling and attentive, making the mornings even more enjoyable. The hotel is very nice, clean, and location is very good; everything you need is just a short walk away. And even if something isn’t nearby, the amazing staff always go out of their way to help organize everything for you. Highly recommended! 😃

Our balloon flight got cancelled but staff was super friendly and helpful by organizing an atv private tour that made our day great. We will definitely come back next year as we were happy with staff and the hotel which also has great views and good food.

They really know how to make you feel welcome and help you each step of your trip in Cappadocia. This was the last place on our honeymoon and we left the best until last. The week before they organised our hot air balloon trip with confirmation back and forth on booking.com. They suggested excellent ways to spend our trips and nothing was pushy. Everything they suggested was amazing. The breakfast! Wow! So much choice. Best breakfast we ate in Turkey. Everything about this hotel is so magical. The owner is hilarious. 😀 so helpful. The staff are like one big family. We have travelled a lot and this was genuinely the best hospitality we ever received.

This hotel is situated in the centre of Goreme and it offers a large sun terrace with panoramic views of UNESCO-listed fairy chimneys. It has fairy chimney and cave rooms. Beautiful room with all facilities. Breakfast was a great spread with local delicacies. I used the spa in a sister hotel and it was really good. Staff at the hotel were really helpful and the owner dropped me off at where I needed to go in the city. A wonderful stay.

Although the balloon tour in Cappadocia was not possible due to the weather, the manager Narin was perfect, so I made good memories in Goerlem. Breakfast at the hotel was disappointing, but it was clean, warm and nice.

His warm hospitality made me feel right at home, and he provided excellent recommendations for local sights, experiences, and dining. He also arranged airport transfers for me. The room was comfortable and well-appointed and the breakfast was great, contributing to a delightful experience overall. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly set this place apart, creating an inviting and enriching atmosphere. I can't recommend this hotel enough!
