Shower experience out of this world for a hotel, hot with great water pressure. Best shower in a hotel I have had. King size bed too.

Located in Orlando, Hilton Grand Vacations at Tuscany Village offers 2 outdoor pools, suites with a private balcony, and WiFi access. Excellent hotel — I’m really glad I chose to stay here. I’ve been to Orlando many times, but had never stayed at this property before. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you’re in a truly comfortable space. The attention to detail and customer service are exceptional — for example, after we checked in, someone actually called to ask if we liked the room. That doesn’t happen often in hotels. The location was also perfect for us — just a short walk to the premium outlet mall my wife wanted to visit. There was also a pool, which was a nice bonus. The only thing we missed was breakfast. It wasn’t available directly from the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. You could order Uber Eats, but room service breakfast wasn’t an option. The room was beautiful, the balcony was clean, and the view was fantastic. We’re really happy we stayed at this hotel.

Nestled in a secluded, residential setting within 26 sprawling acres, our AAA Five Diamond Resort is a lakeside haven dotted with gardens, pools and towering pillars of palms and cypress. Spacious rooms with modern amenities. Very very clean resort, everything was immaculate. The staff were fantastic and super helpful - nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was exceptional. Capa restaurant is fantastic. Very good facilities for kids without feeling like a kids resort. You could easily enjoy this as a couple without kids. Didn't feel too busy which was nice - plenty of room to spread out. Quite possibly the best hotel I've stayed at, ever!
