Amazing service at the Majesty Cruise, the staff are working 24/7 for the guest’s comfort. The program doesn’t keep you wondering, everything is very well arranged and explained. Mike was our guide throughout the 2 nights and he was always there and always very attentive. This will definitely be my choice for this trip.

Bylo to mimo sezónu, takže náš pobyt byl neuvěřitelně tichý a klidný. Pokoj byl nedotčený. Líbil se nám moderní design. Snídaně a la carte byla fajn, ale čekali jsme větší rozmanitost. Personál nám však nabídl, že nám udělá vajíčka na jakýkoli způsob, což bylo milé.

As a travel blogger, I consider Calista a hidden gem – perfect for a luxury getaway with amazing natural views. The scenery was stunning: morning mist, emerald waters, and limestone islands that looked like a dream. I could even take beautiful photos right from my bed, thanks to the large window in my room. The service onboard was excellent – warm, attentive, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. Everything from the food to the comfort to the views was 10 out of 10. If you ever get the chance, don’t miss this experience. It’s truly unforgettable.

Even the transport arrangements were perfectly coordinated for us by Chee, which made the entire experience even more stress-free and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Sunny, who was truly the heart of our group. His vibrant energy, humor, and warm personality kept the experience lively and unforgettable. He went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt included and entertained every step of the way. Every aspect of the trip—from the delicious food to the breathtaking views—was carefully curated to perfection. There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.
