Clean, modern, friendly helpful staff, nice gym (except spin bikes needed adjustment) and great view of sunset from top deck restaurant/bar. Really appreciated all the flat space to put your clothes and other stuff. Staff made enjoying every day so easy with help in arranging activities, rides and transit.

We spent a weekend onboard the Calista Cruise with a group of friends, and it was, without a doubt, the best experience we've had in Vietnam. From the moment we stepped on board, it felt more like checking into a luxury boutique hotel than boarding a cruise ship. The design is sleek and modern, with every corner carefully thought out. Our cabins were incredibly spacious with panoramic views of the bay – waking up to limestone cliffs rising from the water was absolutely magical. The pool deck was our favorite hangout spot – sipping cocktails while drifting past stunning karst formations felt like something out of a dream. Special thanks to Don, who went above and beyond to make sure our group was comfortable and fully taken care of. The food was another highlight. From fresh sushi at lunch to the elegant, multi-course Vietnamese dinner, every meal was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. Truly fine dining on the water. This was a 6-star experience in every sense. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable escape in Ha Long Bay.

There are 4 floors: lobby, rooms & suites, bar & restaurant, and upper deck. The room we stayed in has a big space, traditional style, and is very clean. The bathroom has a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub, and we could see a beautiful view through the bathroom's big window. There is also a balcony that we could sit and chill on, drink our beer, and enjoy peaceful and quiet Halong Bay scenery. The staff (Johnny, Tommy, Mr. Vien Manager, et al.) is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. They ensured our memorable experience. A round-trip private car from Hanoi to Halong Bay was arranged well (2.5 hrs on the expressway). We were picked up from the hotel in Hanoi at 9:15 am. The room included 3 meals a day, water activities (cruising & kayaking), and an excursion (bicycle tour) at Cat Ba. We highly recommend a 3-day and 2-night stay. On the last day, we left something on the cruise. The staff, especially Thuy Dang, was very helpful and thoughtful to manage to deliver our stuff in Hanoi. We really appreciate it.

I liked everything, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was quiet and the location was pretty near to everything in the tourist area.. also the eggs for breakfast were amazing!
