I know a lot of people put a 10/10 per request of the hotel and often times it is overblown. We wanted a hotel which could act as an HQ for our 11 day trip in Northern Vietnam and which could help us organise the trips to different places. This was the place for it. Amazing staff, super friendly, amazing amenities and overall great experience.

The place is extremely convenient. The rooms are clean and spacious enough for two. There is a lift so no problem moving the luggage. The staff were super kind and helpful on recommendations and also personally coming out to discuss with the local shops. Ask for Xenia when you reach here!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! Peter and his front desk team were fantastic—always welcoming, professional, and eager to help. Peter, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us in navigating the complexities of organising our day trips, making our experience seamless and enjoyable. The entire hotel staff was exceptionally polite and professional, ensuring we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was fantastic—elegantly designed, spacious, and with a classy feel that added to the overall comfort. The hotel’s location is another major plus. It’s situated in a great spot in the city, close to many must-visit places, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a superb experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I am a guest in room 401. This hotel provided a perfect experience for my trip to Vietnam. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to everything and you can walk there. Secondly, although the hotel is in the center, it is not noisy and very quiet. I would like to especially mention the hotel's service, which is really great. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel. I will stay here again next time I come. I strongly recommend it to you. I hope that people who see this comment will also have a wonderful and pleasant trip in Vietnam.
