Amazing location just across from the entrance to the Cable car. Absolutely amazing staff. Really helpful. Always going above and beyond for their guests. Changed our room so we could watch the late fireworks with our 5 year old daughter. Complementary tour and cable car tickets which included access to Aquatopia. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Sunset Town again.

The whole property is set back from the street up a long driveway so it is very quiet. The pool is very nice, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The bungalows are fully equipt with good air conditioning, fridges and kitchenette with stove top, great if you're staying longer and want to cook at home. It is relatively close to the main shopping/eating street, about a 15 to 20 minute walk. Alternatively, they have scooters you can hire at a good price and they can get you into town in less than a couple minutes if you're confident driving. Overall, we loved our long stay here, it was exactly what we needed.

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making you feel truly welcome. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink, which set the perfect tone for our stay. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere with its charming colonial-style design. The food was excellent, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and the spa was outstanding, offering professional massages that left us feeling completely refreshed. This hotel exceeded all our expectations, and I can't wait to come back!
