The property is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The owner helped us book tours and transport to where ever we wanted to go and had excellent recommendations for activities.we had a fabulous time!

One of the best hill station hotel stays in many ways. Above all the service was impeccable despite all staff not speaking English. Super helpful with arranging tours, local transport, food, late checkout etc. their whatsap communication was awesome. We had Mountain View 2 bed bungalow with wooden interiors, shiny new finish. Our kids loved the place. Breakfast was ok although had all basic buffet items, but this didn’t bother us much. Restaurant food is good and affordable and again staff is super. Hotel is next to fansipan cable car station that connects with sapa town funicular. Hotel is also a 10-15 mins drive to sapa town with taxis easily available costing 4 dollars each way in Dec23. Sapa is a must must do if you visit Vietnam. We took a 9 seater limousine with reclining seats that took 6 hours from Hanoi to Sapa but super comfortable with cost of $180 each way.
