Staff was very nice from the start, they gave us a room upgrade and couple of small gifts for our honeymoon. The hotel itself is very nice and our room was spacious and lovely. Would 100% stay again. Pilgrimage Village Boutique Resort & Spa is a rustic resort in a tranquil area of Thua Thien Hue. We loved everything about our stay at Pilgrimage Villa! Our family stayed in two attached rooms, which were generous in size and super comfortable. Each had a spacious balcony to relax on. We honestly didn't want to leave the resort during the day, enjoying the spa, the yoga and tai chi classes, and swimming in the outdoor heated pool (a welcome surprise, since we happened to be in Vietnam during some surprisingly chilly winter days). We loved the included expansive breakfast buffet and the afternoon drinks and could have spent many more than our 5 nights there. The best highlight was the incredibly accommodating, interested, and kind staff. It was notable that every staff member, from grounds to housekeeping, to management greeted each guest when passing, making all feel welcome. They used WhatsApp to communicate with guests, constantly ensuring all needs were met, and personalizing the experience at the resort. The communication and attention to detail was truly impressive from Claudia, Thanh, and Cristy. We are so appreciative of the special time our family enjoyed at Pilgrimage Village and send our thanks to the entire staff.

Hajime Homestay Hue asub Hues, 2 km kaugusel Tu Duci hauakambrist ja 4,2 km kaugusel Trang Tieni sillast. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. absolutely amazing stay and service, exceptional attention to smallest details and client's comfort. We really loved our stay and the care the owners provide during our time there. It's great for disconnection from busy city life with care and service quality one could only expect from a traditional ryokan in Japan. We really looking forward to coming back :)

Chum Boutique asub Hues Ho Chi Minhi muuseumi ja An Dinhi palee lähedal. Majutusasutus asub Keelatud Purple Cityst 2,8 km, Tinh Tami järvest 2,9 km ja Thien Mu pagoodist 5,4 km kaugusel. Loved the style of the room and the hotel. We stayed only one night and regretted not spending more time. The staff was very kind.
