The staff is the kindest, ready to help at any time. Location great - close both to the airport as well as the city centre. The rooms was super clean, smelled great. Definetly great value for money! We will be back!

Very good hotel in a good location near the city center. It was really nice that we upgraded the room and loved our room and amazing view of the Burj Khalifa. Everything was good in general, but some reception staff misinformed us several times (for example, we were told that there would be fireworks at the Burj Khalifa on December 1st and it was not true, so we missed it) and there was a feeling that they needed to find out be more polite with prisoners and receive information to properly inform guests. Therefore, we often turned specifically to those chosen ones who noticed themselves well, noticed their work, always smiled and it was pleasant to communicate with them. Ramadan was such an employee, always polite, smiling and, apparently, the most experienced and knowledgeable in his field. Special thanks to the cleaners who are part of this hotel. Thanks to Auldi and Bikash, our room shone bright like a diamond every day 😄 We talked to Auldi more and he was so nice to us, always smiling and trying his best. We would love to have him at the front desk the next time we visit :D Also we were thinking of moving to another hotel when our stay here ended but Auldi and the whole atmosphere is brought up in us to feel at home so we decided to continue our travel stay here several times. Auldi gave us our portraits, he drew us with a pencil and we are very happy with such a gift! Moreover, Auldi often made animals out of toiletries, which brought the harvest to the room and made us very happy! It's great that you have such talented employees and it seems that Auldi can achieve much more. Our room was spacious and well thought out with a panoramic view. The free breakfast is good, thanks for the greens and vegetables, but still hidden in the expansion regarding variety. If you stay more than 10 days, you might get bored. The restaurant staff are mostly very nice and friendly, especially the staff from the Philippines.

The hotel room, the location, the facilities, the breakfast - pretty much everything. Best hotel I have ever stayed. Amazing, spacious luxury suite! The soundproofing also worked - which is rare. 😊
