The receptionist greeted me by name—a thoughtful touch that left a lasting impression and made me feel valued and recognized as a returning guest. The check-in process was swift and seamless, setting the tone for a relaxing, stress-free stay. Throughout my visit, the staff’s commitment to making guests feel welcome was evident. They consistently offered friendly, attentive service, creating a genuine atmosphere of warmth and care. Whether it was a quick smile, helpful recommendations, or prompt responses to requests, the team at Holiday Inn Express Yerevan made every effort to ensure I felt comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Yerevan to anyone looking for a hassle-free, enjoyable stay in the city. Hotel staff were so polite, responsive and helpful. Even at 5 am when I checked in. Little details makes your stay really pleasant and it is a sign of excellent hospitality. This hotel had it fully.
