A lot of homeless sleeping on the streets. Many unfriendly people walking their dogs on the beautiful boulevard and letting them crap every where. ATM, and I only found one that would accept my US debit card, charged 50% ATM fee!!! I'll never go back.Guest review byRichardUnited States
