Property is super charming and the location is perfect. Service is top notch! Breakfast was superb! Coffee was divine, had two cups every morning!

Great sized room. We booked a Family Suite for 4 people and we had 2 separate bedrooms and a huge living room with a working electric piano!! Loved the cool design, art decorating the rooms and the common spaces. Breakfast was incredible as was the free afternoon tea provided. Great location, several public transport options close by and walking distance to Museum Quarter. Service from the staff was excellent. Would recommend 100%

I absolutely love everything about this place! The rooms and their concept, the location, the lobby, breakfast area, and the garden are all wonderful. A wonderful impression from our stay at the hotel! Excellent service reminiscent of “old Vienna” – politeness, payment upon checkout with no deposits, valet parking, and the impeccable appearance of the staff. It left the best impressions. The hotel itself looks very stylish and cozy, with everything clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom stocked with excellent toiletries. Highly recommended for accommodation.

I booked hotel Gilbert based on the proximity to the MuseumsQuarter and the reviews and I must say I am super happy for my choice. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated rooms, reasonable size for a short stay. Bathroom was comfortable and with nice ammenities. The room included espresso machine and a tea kettle which was great. Breakfast was awesome - plenty of choices with high quality ingredients and high quality cooking. The staff was very kind and helpful - which is so unusual for Vienna. I would like to highlight here that Bianca made a great impact on the way how we felt about the hotel and the stay - her kindness, professionalism, confidence and willingness to provide information about the hotel and the city were outstanding. the hall of the hotel was also very nice to sit and hang around in the evening after dinner. We were two friends with three kids and the kids really enjoyed staying and playing in the lobby - super child friendly staff. The big surprise was the hotel restaurant - great food and wine. I think Gilbert will become by go-to-hotel when in Vienna.

Beautiful design, nice small spa area, great last minute price. Very clear they put a lot of thought into every detail of the design. Location also amazing
