Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The only issue was the distance from the city centre

The hotel has an exceptional design, everything is of superior quality, the room is spacious, with a high ceiling that allows for optimal air circulation, ensuring the air does not feel dry. We were 100% satisfied, and the staff was very professional and friendly.

Impeccable service, friendly front of house staff, plush rooms adorned with period furnishings make it a stay that transcends time. A nod to the Roaring Twenties and Thirties, this hotel is a captivating blend of luxury and nostalgia, ensuring an unforgettable experience for any guest seeking a taste of vintage elegance. The staff at the front desk promptly provided us with toothpaste, toothbrushes, and umbrellas when we realized we had forgotten to pack them. Immersing ourselves in a Viennese breakfast within the captivating ambiance of a 1920s-style room was a truly enchanting experience. The breakfast spread, a symphony of Viennese flavors, unfolded amidst the vintage charm. From decadent pastries to exquisite coffee, each element exuded a timeless elegance. The fusion of delicious cuisine and the nostalgic atmosphere created a memorable morning that seamlessly blended culinary indulgence with the allure of a bygone era. Thanks go out to the exceptional team, with a special acknowledgment to the front-of-house staff, housekeepers, and Barflys' bar staff, as well as those at the breakfast restaurant. We'd choose to stay here again without hesitation.

I stayed two nights with my nephew and our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel is charming and walking distance from the center and museum quarters. The subway stop is just next to the hotel making it super easy to get around. Our room was spacious and beautiful and it had a beautiful tub. The toiletries and the cleanliness top notch. I must say it has the services of a 5 star hotel. But the most special thing was Sandra from reception. She truly went beyond to make our stay more memorable. I had sent an email asking for an amenity for my nephew's birthday and she always answered promptly and with care and kindness. When we arrived (early) our room was ready and beautifully decorated with balloons which Sandra had made sure were of my nephews favorite colors and the cake. The extra touch of putting an extra heater just so we could find the room warm was really special. Her suggestions were excellent, and during our stay, she took so much care of us and always with a smile answered to all our requests. She is a true gem of the property. Sandra even took time to text us the best places to buy Sacher torte on our very last day and give us suggestions over the phone. You should hold on to her. Thank you so much, Sandra. We will most certainly come back. We didn't have the time to try the restaurant but we saw the ambiance and it was charming and elegant, next time we will for sure.
