We had a pleasant boat trip from Sydney harbour over to Manly Beach, It was well worth the visit. Beautiful sands and a nice place to go for a drink/meal/walk around the shops. Much nicer than Bondi in our opinion.

Staff were all delightful and helpful. Loved that you could refill water bottles with still and sparkling water in the lobby. Loved that it had a pool and was so close to Manly Beach. Also was so helpful to have washing machine, dryer, full kitchen and tv in lounge and bedroom.

If you want to go to Manly Beach in the summer, get the 9 am ferry - if a cruise ship is in, the later ferries are full and you might have to wait. They come every 20 minutes after 10, but you still would have to wait.
