The staff had a beautiful welcome gift for us, which was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. We had an issue with the bathroom sink which was promptly resolved by maintenance.

A delightful stay in a historic building in the old part of town. The staff was outstanding and took care of all our needs. The air conditioning system was not working in the room we had booked so they quickly switched us to another room without a bother. For being so close to the main square, there was very little noise. The breakfast is outstanding and made to order which is a nice change from other hotels in Brazil. If your budget allows, this is a great choice.

staff were absolutely brilliant, so attentive very kind and great recommendations. great location in heart of Pelo, the pool area was so calm and a rest from all the partying. Beautiful room too.
