NigeriaUpon entering the hotel, the fellows at the concierge desk were always very friendly and helpful. I even got a voucher for the Capilano suspension bridge from them. Sam at reception checked me in and was really nice, too. The room was really nice, the heated floor helped me withstand the cold weather. The hotel smells nice and it's really clean. They wanted to clean my room every day, even sending messages to ensure i didn't want my room cleaned. Don't get me started on the restaurant. Amazing food! I'd definitely love to come back here again.

Very central - everything within walking distance- less than 10 minutes away. Very comfortable rooms with separate toilet to shower. Very quiet and staff cannot be more friendly!! Restaurant was more market but there are plenty other options just around as well as bars in the area. Canada place with free bus to Catalina bridge 5 min walk. Stanley park very close and a great walk from Canada place. Hotel very quiet and I would definitely stay again

Lovely staff who were happy and helpful and always had a smile. Beds were comfy and room spacious and clean. Lovely view of the harbour. It’s close to Gastown and Canada place and shopping etc. very central.

Coming from the airport getting off from Skytrain (Canada Line) at Yaletown-Roundhouse it is a 600 m walk to the hotel. Nice check-in, good elevators, wonderful room with two bed, spacious bathroom and sitting area. WiFi worked well. You can walk from the hotel in 20 min to Canada Place. False Creek and its trails are about 500 m away. For lunch or dinner you can get indoors to the restaurant. Breakfast Places are plenty around. People who like to shop do not need to go far. The shower was working well. The room was clean.

I was on the 12th floor with a perfect view. I could see Canada Place when it lights up. This is our second time at the Blu Horizon and I can tell you, its worth it. Very central and has EVERYTHING you need in walking distance.

The location is perfect for a wide range of restaurants and if you need to watch a bus, key stops are only just a short walk away. Canada Place is just a 25 minute straight down the road for catching tours (if walking is your thing).

This was a well located hotel, within easy walking distance of the Canada Place area with access to buses and with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was a very spacious and comfortable suite and with good views towards the harbour area

Very comfortable apartment, had everything we needed for a short stay.
Nice pool area.
Gerard’s Bar had an ‘old style’ club feel to it which we loved.
Easy access to transit and Canada Place, great if you are embarking on a cruise

Great location for our tourist activities in Vancouver. Close to Canada Place for cruise ship arrival/departure. Sky train metro station and underground shopping mall accessible from within hotel. Dedicated bus tour pickup/drop off in Melville St (hotel side street). Starbucks in hotel lobby. Comfy extra large bed. Nice size room and large screen TV. Desk, chair and reading lamp. Polite and helpful front desk staff.

Atmosphere in the hotel is very good. Staff were very helpful. rooms were spacious and nice. location is excellent close to all shops and only 10 minutes to Canada Place where the Cruise terminal is.
