Very quaint and personal and much more enjoyable than a large corporate stay. Katherine was an amazing host. The rest of the staff/family was equally attentive. There was a personal hot breakfast made daily which was so much better quality than I expected. The bed was comfortable, it felt very safe. It was clean and felt like I was at home. I would stay there again anytime. Many of my work colleagues stayed at the delta and had many complaints about poor food and tired rooms. I was delighted I chose to stay off site. It was a 4 min walk to my conference and my room overlooked the water. Thank you Katherine and staff.

This is a great hotel. It is within walking distance to downtown. There were numerous restaurants around us. We enjoyed the free breakfast which was fresh and delivered to our table with a smile each day. The staff was wonderful.

Charming boutique hotel in excellent location. 2 blocks from downtown Charlottetown. Close to waterfront and Victoria park. Service fantastic and breakfast superb. Rooms had everything you could want. Excellent off street parking included.

The staff were friendly and were happy to store our luggage for us. What made us happiest was that they had welcome sweets, which changed every day! They were also homemade, so the wonderful aroma of baking made us even more excited! It was close to the city and the sea, and the view from Victoria Park along the waterfront was amazing!

Many thanks to Andy's Hotel! Beautiful house, a lot of space, wooden floors, cozy, great breakfast, quiet. Aesthetically, perfect for me. Warm, comfortable. A short walk away from Victoria Park and historical part of the city. I would live in a place like that.

This is a beautiful historic property located just one street from Victoria Park and the waterfront boardwalk and is only 3 or 4 blocks from some of my favorite restaurants downtown. The room was lovely, cozy warm, with a fridge, coffee, and large screen tv.

A unique experience staying at this 138 old house. Very intimate atmosphere with a Victorian flavour. Short walking distance to the wharf , downtown and Victoria park. There was baggage assistance for anyone who could not carry their luggage up the stairs.(No elevator).

The breakfast is a bit simple but very good. The location of the Inn is half block from Victoria park and 2 blocks from downtown. There is good free parking as well. The Hosts are lovely people.

Lovely old house with period furnishing. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, either buffet or individually prepared depending on guest numbers. Good location for exploring boardwalk, historic town and Victoria Park. Good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Breakfast was great, I wish I had more of an appetite (I don't usually eat in the morning). The place is very cute with lots of neat decorations, art, and furniture to look at and add to the ambience. Location is great, just two blocks away from downtown, and also close to Victoria park. The price was very good.
