What a fantastic & memorable experience that was. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Toronto and were literally treated like kings, in King street. Amazing service and hospitality from reception, to housekeeping, restaurant etc, fantastic spacious wonderful room and outstanding location. We had an amazing stay! The service was truly exceptional – the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. We were celebrating a friend’s birthday, and they surprised us with balloons and a cake in the room. Such thoughtful gestures made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this hotel!

The suite was fabulous. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. Nice selection of coffees. Complimentary artisan chocolates were a nice touch. Appreciated turn down service and complimentary bottle of wine that was offered upon checking-in. All staff were courteous. Enjoyed a bottle of wine recommended by the sommelier in the lounge One Restaurant. Returned later in the evening for dinner. Meals were excellent. The hotel's location is near Casa Loma where we took in the Holiday Lights.

Always good for an afternoon or evening stroll.

Always good for an afternoon or evening stroll. Liked it more before it was "Modernized," but still lots of old buildings and history to feed one's appetite for such things. Many good restaurants, as well. Easy to get to. Recommend the TTC. Leave the car at a Park & Ride. Parking and traffic can be tedious, and there was lots of construction last visit.
