The staff and host were so friendly and made us feel at home. The place is peaceful, immaculately clean and full of warmth. The breakfast was wholesome and delicious due to the fresh ingredients. The rooms and the hotel overlook the beautiful lake and mountains. The toilet has a bidet installed. The hotel is conveniently accessed via public transportation and just a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

We loved absolutely everything about our stay here and have only great things to say. Richard and Tania are so incredibly warm and welcoming, we felt just like we were guests in their home. Our room was clean and cozy with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the lake and mountains from our balcony, and everything was decorated with a personal touch. The breakfast service was such a lovely way to start our day as well, with delicious fresh brewed coffee and a beautiful spread including custom prepared eggs. The location is perfect because it is so peaceful on Brienz and just a quick 5min drive into Interlaken for the fun of the city. This is also makes a great home-base for day trips in the surrounding areas. They provide good information on popular hikes and activities nearby and were so kind to help out with dinner recommendations and provide us with a travel pass for the area. This was truly the best experience and we can not wait to come back!

Our stay at the apartment was truly wonderful — we spent unforgettable days there, thanks to the beautiful view of the river and the apartment’s strategic location in the heart of Interlaken, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. The host was always in touch, very responsive, and extremely helpful. The property also has a lovely lobby area with comfortable seating, a section for electronic games, and refrigerators stocked with daily essentials like milk, eggs, and more. If I ever return to Interlaken, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly place to relax and enjoy a happy vacation. In short: a perfect place for families, relaxation, and a memorable holiday.

Location was good. It was less than a 10 min walk to the Interlaken West train station. The Coop was a 2 minute walk down the road and next to it was the main street and restaurants. It's an easy walk to Lake Brienz and the old town. The pictures reflect exactly the size of the apartment. The beds were comfortable. The shower was a good size with good water pressure.

Very clean and modern apartment. My favourite part was the lovely balcony with large windows looking out on to the mountains. It’s also within walking distant of Interlaken west train station and central Interlaken station.

The location - beautiful location next to the river. It's also right in the centre, and only ca 100 metres from the Interlaken West train station. The hotel is in a beautiful old building that is very well maintained. The breakfast selection was also decent. Very welcoming friendly staff at front desk - I think the name was Karin.

The hotel is at walking distance from Interlaken West train station. It is a spacious hotel, with a big decent size lobby, indoor swimming pool and a cafe. The rooms are spacious and have enough storage. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, the guy checking us in, volunteered to take our pictures in the beautiful garden. Our kids could play in the lobby, the breakfast was served indoor and outdoor. The breakfast spread was also good and they had baby seats as well.
