The staff were exceptional. Gave us lots of advice, and also a membership card to the art gallery. The room was lovely and has recently been refurbished, we were given an upgrade, but the receptionist team could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was very good, continental selection as standard, but still very good. My husband also particularly liked their homemade yoghurt for breakfast. The location was great, easy to find and quite close to the main station, only 2 or 3 minute walk from the old town where the shops and restaurants are.

The smallest 5-star Alden Suite Hotel Splügenschloss Zurich enjoys a quiet location right in the city centre.

The hotel was just perfect. The room was extremely large, comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is well located and super charming with lots of candles. The staff were AMAZING! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!

Loved our stay. Beautiful room. Unparalleled views. Lovely staff. Breakfast could have been better but was good overall. Fabulous location and most main sites are walkable from the hotel!
