The hotel is very new condition, nice design, nice view-facing the famous giant panda figure and staff are friendly. Especially Anya, who does an introduction to us in souvenir store which attached to the hotel. The breakfast varieties are good and food is delicious. Worth the money and enjoying their services!

We loved the hotel! We were looking for a comfortable place to rest while visiting Chengdú and we found the best place. The location is perfect, you can easily walk around the city center from here. The apartment was really nice, with plenty of space and beautiful views.The washmaschine with dryer was really convinient for us, after some weeks travelling through China and many more to come, doing the Laundry in such a comfortable way help us a lot! We can not be more Happy with the personal, especially with the recepcionists that arrange for us some taxis to move around the town. We would have loved to stay many more days here! We would come back and recommend anybody Grand ParcVue!

Staying at the Ritz while visiting Chengdu was probably the best hotel decision we could have taken. It is well known that this hotel has impeccable service, great locations and offers a luxury experience and we were not disappointed. All the staff member spoke very good English. We were very nicely greeted and the staff was very friendly, open and talkative. The breakfast has a big variety of western and chinese cuisine. The Ritz is right at the center of Chengdu which made getting to different places easy. The room was spacious and very comfortable even for three people in one room. After we checked out we found out our flight was canceled and one staff member sat down with us and helped us sort everything out. As non Chinese speakers we relied on help and she called the airline for us and explained to us, what has happened. We would definitely recommend this hotel! A special thanks to Ankita, Kiki and TT who made our stay in Chengdu even more memorable.

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the metro station, and the facilities are very good value for money. The service of the hotel staff is very good, very enthusiastic, and also upgraded me to a suite. Recommend to friends who are going to Chengdu.

    The rooms were massive and the view from the 29th floor was amazing!! Great to have a kitchenette and dining table. Breakfast was good with different options available every day. Great cafe next door with awesome options for breakfast and very good coffee. Also has a 7 Eleven right near the hotel which was very handy. Walking distance to Chunxi Road and IFS Square. Awesome Hot Pot restaurant just up the road so good location. Loved the door men! They were super friendly and always greet you with a smile.

    The location is fantastic. Right at Chunxi road walking street and a short walk to IFS and Taikoo Li. We had a triple sharing room which was extremely spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The young ladies at the reception were infinitely patient with all the questions we had about the Chengdu sights and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

    This is a great hotel. It is only a few minutes' walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. Chengdu is really bustling. The front desk service is also very good, and the hygiene is very clean.     HiTech toilet and well automated room. Breakfast is a bit canteen-ish, but with large selection of mainly chinese food. The hotel location is great, Chunxi Road metro is just a few steps and there is a 24h airport shuttle from there, which is the most convenient. They also provide a free laundry, we tried it and it was good.

    It was a wonderful trip. We visited Wuhou Shrine and Jinli, and it was very convenient to go to Chunxi Road and Kuanzhai Alley. The hotel is in a great location, not far from transportation hubs and the city center, and the price is even more affordable than staying in the city center. We also tried the hotel’s dining, and it was a great dining experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
