This hotel will make you live an unforgettable guest experience ! Rooms are very spacious with wonderful views and impressive amenities/equipments. I think I can summarize the incredible experience with these included services : - First full round of minibar (with a bottle of wine) is included - Daily laundry service for three clothes is included Swimming pool is impressive with very nice city views ! Last but not least : buffet breakfast is awesome ! The value for money is just....unbelievable !

Lydia went above and beyond, helping me with everything from ordering Taobao to recommending the best places to eat and visit in the city. She made navigating Shanghai a breeze and was always there with helpful tips, which made my trip so much smoother. A special mention for Chris, the bellman—this man is a true gem! Not only did he provide stellar service, but he even remembered my name each time I saw him. It’s those little touches that really make a difference, and it was clear that Chris truly cares about the guests' experience. His warm and friendly demeanor made every interaction feel personal and genuine. The room itself was a dream—super clean, comfortable, and with the best view of the Pearl Tower you could ask for. Waking up to that view was the perfect start to my day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax after a long day of exploring.
