The hotel gives out the Chinese authentic vibe, the food, decorations and everything. Front offices people is very helpful all of them can speak English which is great as well as the owner. The tea complementary in the room is fantastic.

Everything was just great. Thank you very much for making our holiday so enjoyable. We had a luxurious room with a balcony, a bathroom and a view of the river. Every day we were given a delicious breakfast: scrambled eggs, coffee, fruit. The staff is very nice, they helped us with everything. The owner speaks English very well and can help, tell us how to get everywhere we need by public transport. There is a washing machine on the roof, you can use it for free. The room has everything you need: soap, toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, comb, slippers, towels. Wifi works well. The location is not in the very center, but by taxi for 10 yuan, or by bus for 2 yuan, or on foot for 20-30 minutes you can get everywhere you need without problems.

Maria is exceptional, she did everything to make all comfortable and nice for our stay. She took her time to invite us to a tea ceremony for our wedding's anniversary. She was always helpful and give us some tips for activities and places to shop. I've learnt a lot about tea and China with her. Thank you to staff too, the girls are very kind and speak a good English. I reccomend this hotel, location is nice in a quiet neighbourhood, you can hiking, running or walking near there. Surely come back next time.

Hotel arranged everything for us incl free pick up and drop off service to/from train station, a English speaking guide with whole packages of sightseeing arrangements and excursions. The route is very enjoyable incl famous mountain n water boat tour, visit to cave, Osmantus factory, rice terrace and tea plantation. I don't know how they manage in high season like August, we don't have troubles of crowds as they re so experienced to find qualified spots with much less tourists, so we enjoyed stunning beauty of Guilin/Yangshuo at much ease. Finally we made Chinese dumpling together. Hotel offers top service to our full satisfaction👍 by the way breakfast is delicious and healthy with exotic fruits❤️
