Excellent service from A to Z. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and very well designed. Special thanks to Mr. DAVID at the reception, for his kindness and his help when I had to find a taxi very quickly to get to the train station. Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing is a perfect hotel for Beijing. A really 5 stars hotel, warm design and good amenities. The rooms are perfect matching for my expectations in terms of ambiance, comfort, lights, materials and finishings. Well equipped bathroom, cozy designed as well as its room. Perfect location just nearby Dengshikou MTR station, really convenient, walking distance to restaurants, banks if you need and famous hutongs, high-end experiences in the neighbourhood. Amazing friendly and helpful front-desk staff, very special thanks to Kevin for his help and kind support. I have nothing to complain about. I spent a week here and I would come back again with no regrets.
