Our stay at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing’an was wonderful! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the metro station, making it very convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. During our three-week holiday in China, we stayed at five different hotels across various cities, and this one has definitely been the best so far. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Manager Rachel for her warm welcome and thoughtful care throughout our stay — she truly made us feel at home. My two kids were thrilled to receive toys and goodie bags from the staff and happily said this is the best hotel they’ve ever stayed in! We highly recommend Holiday Inn Shanghai Jing’an for families and anyone looking for great service, comfort, and hospitality in Shanghai.

Everything was perfect. The facility appears to be new and clean. The staff is very friendly; I enjoyed an early check-in and a complimentary breakfast for free. There is also a free supper after 9 PM (I didn’t realize that when I reserved my room). The location is very central and the price is reasonable in my opinion, even if I don’t have terms of comparison in the same area.

Bellagio Shanghai is the first Bellagio Hotel in China and the second in the world succeeding its sister hotel, Bellagio Las Vegas.
