Rooms were clean and comfrortable, the water was hot. Very basic room but was more than adequate tfor what I needed for my stay. Staff were mainly very helpful.

great hotel, comfortable room and everything very clean. hot water, great breakfast and laundry service (if you are traveling a life saver!). also the staff really kind and helpful even if we did not speak the language well, a special thanks to Monica who helped us with the check in, speaking in English. we will definitely come back for our stays in bogota!
