Overall really great stay! Staff was really nice and extremly helpful, many thanks to Kateryna, Bohdana and Anna, 10/10. Amazing service, complimentary drinks, complimentary bottle of wine, vouchers, nice magnet of Prague on the check out and the discount for the future stay. Impressive selection for breakfast, there was choice for everyone! Free parking, clean rooms, close to the tram station, everything was just amazing!

We arrived early and were given a free upgrade and our room was ready for us prior to check in time. Room was extremely nice and clean with free access to the mini fridge which was restocked each day. Bed was extremely comfortable. As it was my partners birthday they gave us free wine and meringues which was exceptional service and extremely nice of them. Everything was perfect would definitely recommend

It was so quiet. You walk through the main front door and leave the city well and truly outside. It was immaculately clean and smelt wonderful. The staff were helpful to the point of preparing us a breakfast to go as we had a very early morning flight to catch.
