We absolutely loved our stay at the Hermitage Hotel it was so peaceful and we slept so well, the room was spacious and comfortable, and because it was away from the main town we enjoyed getting the tram or walking to the city center

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated the most was that the hotel is pet-friendly — we were so happy to be able to bring our cat with us. The room was also exceptionally clean — everything looked neat, fresh, and very well-maintained. It really added to the overall comfort of our stay. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable and cozy hotel located 1 subway stop (I.P. Pavlova) away from the Main train station. Clean room with mini bar and a small coffee maker. I found the bed really comfortable. Very good breakfast with nice selection of food. I stayed in this hotel three times in past year and half. Recommended.
