Helpful and very welcoming staff. They provided us with city map and restaurants' suggestions. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and diverse. The rooms have a nice assortment of self-care necessities (comb, shaving kit, hair dryer, etc).

Super friendly staff, amazing breakfast, great room! It’s all you can expect from a luxury hotel! We had a very nice weekend in Düsseldorf and the hotel was a big part of it.
