In general modern and comfortable. Great staff throughout. Reception quick and efficient, honesty bar next to it. Restaurant original and great food. Rooms in several blocks (color coded). Spacious rooms, great beds, great shower, the best I have experienced in Berlin (and I stayed in quite a few hotels there). Easy to reach with tram.

stayed at the NR for 3 nights. The staff was great, helpful and spot on everything. We had room for 3 people. It was clean and the location was perfect. I will definitely book room there again on my next trip.
