Pretty nice room and facilities and friendly staff

Big and spacious room exactly like in the picture. Big bathroom with bathtub and shower. It was warm which mattered a lot. Everything nice and very clean. Perfect breakfast to start the day. :)

The rooms were great for our purpose. Staff thought carefully about how best to accommodate us, including elderly parents with mobility issues. Rooms were well appointed and clean

The room was absolutely gorgeous, and our receptionist, Amore, was incredibly kind and helpful. It was our first visit to Cologne, and we were thrilled that our room offered a stunning view of the lake. The hotel also has its own paid parking area, which made it so convenient to leave the car and take a short walk to the nearby tram station for easy access to the city center. Breakfast was amazing—definitely one of the best we’ve ever had! The food was so delicious, and we enjoyed it while taking in the beautiful lake view. In the evening, we also had a great time at the hotel bar, relaxing with a friend over drinks. The walls are a bit thin, so you might hear other guests if they're being particularly loud or "enthusiastically engaged" (if you catch my drift), but thankfully, it didn’t last long. Our stay was wonderful! The room felt luxurious and was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. To top it off, there was a charming mini Christmas market in the park just behind the hotel, which made the experience even more special. I truly had so much fun and loved every moment of our visit!

Helpful staff, kitchen, valet for money, decent size private room and location . Although it’s not in the centre but it is not too far from tram station which takes directly to centre and attractions like Cologne Cathedral which is only few stops away

The lady from reception is the best. The rooms are clean.
