We loved how quiet it was at night – ideal for families! ✅ Amazing Service: The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. ✅ Delicious Restaurant (Novo²): The hotel’s restaurant was excellent – great variety of international dishes, a tasty kids’ menu, and a fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh and healthy options. It was so convenient to have high-quality food right at the hotel. ✅ Perfect for Kids: Our children loved the play area, and we appreciated the thoughtful family features like cribs, kids’ meals, and a relaxed, safe atmosphere. ✅ Great Location: It’s close to public transport, making it easy to reach all of Frankfurt’s attractions while staying in a quiet and safe area. Overall, our stay was beyond our expectations. Everything was well-organized, perfectly clean, and truly family-friendly.
